- Avoid sun tanning for 2 weeks. If you have a holiday planned, tell the doctor.
- No bleach or hair removal creams on the area for a few days.

After your sitting
- You can go back to work or college the same day.
- Mild redness for a few hours is normal.
- Use SPF 30 or higher on the area, and avoid direct sun for a week.
